Sawyer is everyone's favorite zombie. He can build anything and he often loses pieces of his limbs. He is camp Councillor and a supporting character of Camp Lakebottom.
Sawyer is a loveable zombie who is just misunderstood. Just because he's a zombie, it doesn't mean he can't be fun and a caring guy. In fact, Sawyer is the grandpa figure among the councilors of sorts. He is always a thoughtful and wise guide to the mishaps the kids encounter. He may lose a limb from time to time, but he's always there to lend a helping hand. Literally. Just don't let him bite you. He's sworn off brains but anything could happen![2]
Appearance
Sawyer is a tall, slender zombie with light grayish-blue skin, a few teeth, black eyes and a multi-tool for a left hand. He wears a dark yellow shirt with torn sleeves, blue overalls with torn leggings and brown shoes.
Trivia
At the end of "Marshmallow Madness", it is revealed that Sawyer goes crazy when he hears the term, "fruit leather".
In "Bite of the Buttsquat", Sawyer is shown to become highly flatulent when he's on an all-vegetable diet.
Sawyer seems to be loosely based from Jason Voorhees, the titular villain of Friday the 13th franchise. It is notable that Jason Voorhees is a zombie who lives in a camp.
Sawyer can also be a reference to Ash Williams from Evil Dead, who has a chainsaw for a hand.
He used to own a rally truck called "'Old Bessie".
